How It Works

Onboarding

We setup as a vendor for you (provide COI, waivers, etc), provide you a Utah specific Washer/Dryer lease addendum if needed, and sign a Service Agreement Contract.

Deployment

We provide your team with marketing materials, contact information for scheduling installs/retrievals and maintenance calls and a dedicated booking portal.

Monthly Payouts:

You choose whether you want to collect rent and receive a discounted rate on our service fee since you’re handling the administrative overhead of collection or we do and then send you monthly via direct deposit your portion of the revenue share.

Example:

100 Units with Rentals x $15/mo Revenue Share = $18,000 Annual NOI Increase.
